1. What do I need to send you to get started?
Anything works: hand sketches, photos of reference garments, mood board images, or a rough description. The more detail you can share, the better, but we’re used to working from limited references. We’ll always send a flat sketch for your approval before building the full pack.
2. Do the prices cover complex garments like outerwear or tailoring?
Most garments like tees, hoodies, pants, dresses, swimwear, activewear are covered under standard pricing. Highly complex styles like structured tailoring, outerwear with complex construction, or technical sportswear may carry a small surcharge. We’ll always confirm pricing before you commit.
3. What does "unlimited revisions" actually mean?
It means exactly that — we revise until the tech pack is right. This includes revisions based on factory feedback, sample round notes, and measurement adjustments. The only exception is if the scope changes significantly (e.g. you switch to a completely different garment style), which we’d discuss with you first.
4. Can I use these tech packs with any factory — including overseas?
Yes. Our tech packs are designed to work with factories in China, India, Bangladesh, Portugal, and the USA — wherever you’re manufacturing. We use internationally standard terminology and measurement conventions. On request, we can also format the BOM for a specific factory’s template.
5. Do you work with low-MOQ manufacturers?
Yes — many of our clients are sourcing from low-MOQ factories for their first production run. A clear, factory-ready tech pack matters even more here, since low-MOQ manufacturers often have less room for back-and-forth on unclear specs.
6. Is my design kept confidential?
Yes — all client work is treated as strictly confidential by default. NDA is included automatically with Brand Pack orders, and available on request for any plan. For our full confidentiality and NDA policy, see our [FAQ page].
7. What format is the final tech pack delivered in?
